These photos were taken during a couple of day trips around Abu Dhabi. Some are from the Louvre, while the rest were captured at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. A notable feature of the architecture in Abu Dhabi is the extensive use of white, which helps reduce the interior temperature of these buildings. Luckily, I visited in the winter, when the temperature was the coldest it gets all year: 28°C.
